We love organizations that elevate people and make them feel safe, valued, trusted, and loved.

To apply for a $5,000 grant, please send the following information to chris@trevortcr.org:

1. Please describe your organization and mission statement.

2. History of the organization.

3. Description of your overall projects, services, and products.

4. What would you like help funding and why?

5. What is the total cost of the project or service for this funding, annually, one time, and total cost?

6. What will this grant accomplish for this organization?

7. How does this project support the mission of your organization?

8. How would we measure the effectiveness of this grant in the short term, medium term, and longer term?

9. Please provide a balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the organization for the current year, and one year prior.

10. Anything else you would like us to know.

 

Requirements for Grantees:

  • Must be a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit organization or have fiscal sponsorship

Organization Requirements:

  • Proven Leadership
  • Clear vision of where the funding will help
  • Willingness to build a trusting relationship with TrevorTCR
  • Feedback on how the money will be used and six month written follow up
  • Measurement if possible (Ability to track outcomes)
